Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. We have $250 minimum order amount for retailers and $1,000 for distributors.

How can I place my order?

Customer can order online through website 24 hours a day/ 7 Days a week. We also allow order by phone or email. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm ET

Do you have Free Shipping offer?

For retail store only we offer FREE shipping on order over $250 on most items. Some exclutions may apply. Register Distributors will be be provided with competite shipping rates or pick-up option.

Do you offer local store pickup?

Yes, we are located at 7266 NW 70ST Miami, FL 33166. Usually,you can place an order online and pick up next day from our store. Please call us first to confirm that your order is ready

Do you accept international orders?

Customers located outside of US Virgin Island, Puerto Rico or Hawaii, please call us or email us to get information about international shipping policy.

Do you charge sales tax?

We only charge sales tax for Florida customers. We offer sales tax exempt for businesses once we receive tax exempt form through the registration process.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover card and PayPal. We also support wire transfer, please give us a call to get information about wire transfer procedure. Sorry, we are not supporting COD orders.

How do I know my transaction is secure?

We, Cstorebyddy.com, understand our customers’ privacy. We have implemented secured SSL encryption for our customers privacy. Our website is PCI compliance and all transactions are fully encrypted and secured for safe order processing. We will not disclose your information to any third party unless required by USA law.

Will I receive order/ shipment confirmation?

Yes. Once we process your order and ship it. You will receive order shipment notification email along with tracking number.

How are orders shipped?

We use FedEx or UPS to ship orders within continental U.S. Orders to Alaska will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Orders to U.S. Virgin Island and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS or FedEx.

How long before I receive my order?

Usually we ship orders within 1-2 business days. If we are out-of-stock for any item we will contact you before we ship your order. Usually UPS Ground and FedEx Ground orders are delivered within 1-5 business days. USPS orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are delivered within 3-5 business days.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel order by contacting us through e-mail, leaving offline message or phone. You can cancel order before it gets shipped. Return orders are entitled to 15% restocking fee.
Please make sure to include your order number and personal information as soon as possible before we ship your order.

What are your sales terms?

Our prices may change anytime without any notification. We are not responsible for any printing mistakes.
If you place an order and has an item with wrong pricing, we will cancel the item and give you credit back for the item. Or you can pay the correct price and get the product.
Online purchase can be made by using major credit cards.

What is your return policy?

You must contact us as soon as possible. Please call us before returning item(s). We do not accept any half or opened items. Once we discuss the matter we will provide you Return Authorization Number which you need to send us along with your company name, address and list of items and quantities you would like to return. Please make sure to provide return reason along with the package. Any return order item is subjected to 15% restocking fee unless it was a seller mistake.

All return items must be preapproved by us.
No Expired or short dated items will be accepted as return.
In case of restocking fee, buyer will be credited with remaining amount after deducting restocking handling fee.

Why Can't I See the Distributor Prices?

You must have active Distributor account to view distributor prices. With active account you must sign in to view prices. Our registration process is as below:

  • Register by visiting our Become a Distributor Section
  • Once you have registered here you must wait up to 1 business day to be approved.
  • Once you have been approved, you will receive an email from us letting you know that you account is approved and active.
